Sessions
Location: Twickenham, Greater London and Nationwide.
Sessions are held online via Zoom or In-person for approx. 50-60minutes. although sessions can be longer. Sessions are powerful and tailored to your unique needs using a combination of transformational life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, energy healing, oracle cards and spiritual guidance.
During the sessions, past life events, limiting beliefs, difficult relationships, grief, stress and trauma can come to the surface and be healed for a greater sense of release, hope and positivity.
Depending on how the sessions flow, I may use reiki and shamanic practices to help support your healing journey on a deeper emotional and spiritual level.
As a medium I also work with spirit to provide loving messages of support and guidance from your loved ones both here and those that have passed over. These messages can help you to help heal ancestral wounds and move forwards with more optimism and lightness of spirit.
Meditation, colour therapy and crystal healing advice may also be offered to support integration and healing between sessions.
