The foundations are built on several key principles:
1. Subjective Experience: Everyone’s perception of the world is unique and influenced by their senses, language and past experiences.
2. Mind and Body Interaction: The mind and body are interconnected, and changes in one can affect the other.
3. Outcome-Oriented: Focus on setting clear, achievable goals and outcomes.
4. Flexibility: Adapting one’s behaviour to achieve desirable outcomes.

As a trained master NLP practitioner I use a variety of methods such as future pacing, visualisations, and reframing to help you overcome any limiting thoughts that may be stopping you moving forward.
