How To Clear, Cleanse and Restore Your Energy Fields
Here on earth at this time we are increasingly become aware of how different energies can effect us. As your connection to the energies of light deepens so can your awareness of more negative entities. These shadow energies can have a profound effect on one’s well-being and health if you don’t clear them out of your energy fields. When we are feeling depleted or low, these entities can form an attachment so it’s important to regularly clear our energy fields.

During meditation imagine a stream of white Light coming down from the higher realms into your crown chakra and down through your spine and body. Focus the white Light over your third eye, which in in the centre of your brow, into your heart and solar plexus, your power centre. If you can, allow your intuition guide you where there are tensions, aches and pains and imagine the white Light of Love calming and releasing any unwanted energies.
Ask the Violet Flames and their Guardians to clear and transmute any low vibrational energy that may be in your energy field into a higher vibrational energy, and ask that this energy does not transfer to anyone. Please remember to thank the Guardians for the work they carry out for you.
Restore your energy fields by connecting to your heart centre during meditation. Focus on that which soothes and calms your heart.
